Everyday Makeup Favorites

Hi guys,

I've been MIA for quite some time but basically I was busy job hunting, transitioning and all that stuff for the last couple of months. I again reviewed my blog and felt like my pictures were so bad that I decided to remove my older posts. This will be a fresh start again. :)

But anywaysss...

It's currently the rainy season in the Philippines right now, and for this post I'd like to share my current favorites for my everyday makeup! :)

Side note: I'm still learning how to flat lay photos so for now I'm going for the minimalist look.

Basically for my everyday look, I tend to go for a product that's lightweight and easy to apply since I always, ALWAYS wake up late. (The couch potato in me is too hardddd to resist) I actually felt like I listed a lot of products buttt I switch things up and the products listed are the ones I tend to grab. :)

Usually I go for the Revlon Colorstay foundation for oily/combination skin then I set it with the Covergirl Ready, Set, Gorgeous Face Powder. I always go for a lightweight foundation because my skin is uneven and a face powder doesn't do the trick. It just whitens my face so seldom do I go for powder only.

At times that I'm too lazy to go for foundation, I use my The Face Shop Watery Cushion for Oily skin then again top it off with the Covergirl powder. The only problem with this cushion is the dewy finish which I don't like since I'm oily at some areas. I actually thought it would be a matte finish since it's specifically for oily skin but alas, I'm stuck with oily skin 4 hours after.

To cover up my dark spots and such that the foundation/cushion was not able to cover, I go for my one and only HG concealer which is the Maybelline Fit Me concealer. I am in love with this concealer and I love the fact that it is cheap and will last you long. Seriously, I've been using mine for like 3 months already and there's still about half of the product remaining.

For the eyebrow, (since kilay is life) I go for Nichido Eyebrow Gel and that's it because it fills in my eyebrows too as well. Basically, for the all the tamad girls like me. :P

Lastly for my lips, I go for The Face Shop cheek and lip tint. It gives off a natural rosy look especially when you use it as a blush on as well. To switch things up though, I also go for Revlon Matte Balm for that MLBB look.
